Tungurusumu, ingaburo-muti ikomeye ku magara y’umuntu

Tungurusumu ifatwa nk’uruboga canke ikirungo gifise uruhara mu gutunganya no kuvura imitsi minini. Ishobora gukiza no gukingira abantu indwara umuyoro. Itera abantu kuramba kandi abayikoresha cane nk’imfungurwa ntibakunda kurwara kanseri. Muri make tungurusumu, ni ingaburo-muti.

J.Paul Uwineza abandanya anavuga ko tungurusumu ifise vitamine A ijejwe igikuriro, ukubona neza, ugukomera kw’amagufa, gutunganya umushatsi, ubutinyanka bw’abakobwa bwiza, kwumva neza kw’amatwi, gukomera kw’amenyo, ituma akabiri gatemba itoto. Ifise na vitamine B, C na E. Ayo mavitamine yose na yo agatuma umuntu yiga afise umwete n’ubushake, kwifatira ingingo ngenderwako, gutahura neza, ivyiyumviro bituje,gufata ku mutwe, kugira umuvyibuho mwiza n’ibindi vyinshi.
